Borgoletto Soave is crisp, clean and lightly fruity. Aromas of fresh pears; a clean, lively palate finishing on a twist of citrus. Bright light yellow in colour, the bouquet is both floral and fruity, and the wine leaves almost saline notes on the finish, which is medium to long with a light aftertaste of bitter almonds.
