Farming with Respect

At Vigneti Vallorani, sustainability is a philosophy, not a trend. The estate is fully organic, with no synthetic chemicals used in the vineyard. Instead, natural cover crops, compost, and biodiversity shape the ecosystem. The team works manually, harvests by hand, and makes minimal use of machinery -allowing nature to lead.

Pecorino & Passerina: A Return to Roots

Pecorino brings weight and structure; Passerina, lightness and flair. Both are native to this land and express it uniquely - bright citrus, crisp salinity, savory herbs. Grown without synthetic inputs and hand-harvested, these varieties embody Vallorani’s mission to revive and revere the land.

Marche terroir: Where hills meet the sea

The estate spans limestone-rich hills that overlook the Adriatic, just inland from Offida. Constant coastal breezes, elevation, and clay-limestone soils help native grapes retain freshness and minerality, while encouraging deep roots and complexity. The result: wines that speak clearly of their origin.

Passerina and the wine sparrow

Among the rows of Passerina vines, a sparrow returns each year - nesting in the vineyard’s dry stone walls. Locals say it’s a sign of balance: where nature is healthy, the sparrow stays. Like the bird, Passerina finds harmony here. Crisp and floral, the wines sing with notes of lemon blossom, wild herbs, and sea breeze.
