Innovative wine - Le Fric, a free, sincere and irreverent wine is made using the technique of Vallorani’s grandfather. Its name in Italian means something like “hippy”.

A skillful blend of Malvasia and Trebbiano and a separate, patient contact on the skin, extract the best of both varietal. A grassy banana nose introduce to a firm freshness, good sapidity and a touch of tannin. The perfect balance makes this wine incredibly versatile.
