Antonioli | Ambratile - Umbria Bianco IGT 2021

The marl and clay substrate gives to the Ambratile a warmer approach to the palate, even if made with the same grapes of Antimes, while maintaining a high drinkability and freshness. It has a strong amber colour, and a great complexity due to 10 days of maceration, with notes of banana and persimmon and a fine but firm tannin ending with satisfactory salinity.
