Literally 17 rows of vines (barely 0.5 ha) planted in 1976 at 350m a.s.l; Strictly indigenous yeasts, fermentation without temperature control in old barrels of several steps. Elegantly medium to full body, flinty, with fennel seed and elderberry hints mixed in a buttery kick.
