Castello Di Stefanago | Talpaca 2024
A baby orange wine for the skin-contact (only 6 hours) curious; Bronner is the grape. a variety that is a crossing of a white we've never heard of (Merzling) bred with another random cross (reds Zarya Severa x Sankt Laurent) in the former Czechoslovakia in the 70's to be completely mildew and rot resistant. Meaning it is ideal for organic farming, no need to even think about spraying. Fleshy texture enhancing stone fruit and tangerine, without the problems that longer skin maceration will often impart. No filtering and zero sulphites added. Orange wine winner.
