An extreme expression of the already royal Barolo, the “Riserva” is made only in the most particular vintages. In 2015, very low yields produced high quality fruit, with high concentration & perfect for aging and developing intriguing tertiary characters; after 60 months in Slavonian oak, an intense bouquet of tar & tobacco lead to an ethereal but solid structure on the palate. Sublime.
