Pinot Bianco is, even if not indigenous, one of South Tyrol’s most typical wines. Johann, Duke of Austria, introduced the first vines of this variety to the region during the middle of the 19th century. Aromas of white spring flower and apple delicately lead the nose on this refreshing white. Crisp acidity gives it a clean, invigorating finish.
